We are a CPA Firm with an opening in our West Dundee office for a full time, in-office, Accountant/Tax Preparer. We work with our staff to provide a work-life balance. For more than 45 years, we have served as a trusted partner to our clients.
Job Scope:
We are seeking experienced accountants/tax preparers for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual compilation financial statements using both QuickBooks and Accounting CS. These positions require working with individuals and small/medium sized businesses in all areas of accounting, tax and compliance. Strong people, communication, organizational, technical and process skills in a fast-paced environment with a high-level of focus on accuracy and confidentiality in all work products.

Job Skills:
- Accounting degree is a plus.
- CPA certificate is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years prior bookkeeping/accounting experience in a professional financial service and accounting environment.
- Experience with preparing business, individual and Trust tax returns.
- Experience with various accounting software packages; UltraTax, Accounting CS and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
